Don’t Shimmy Just Yet

Shake, rather.

While perusing a large amount of music by The Ramones, I got to drifting off to a story I’ve been thinking of writing for  a long time. I haven’t written anything serious in quite some time, and people have always told me they love my work. I suppose it’s back to form as I try my hand at some writing.

For real.

My writing is how I want it to be, I hate following conformity and rules, I find it constricting to the mood and style I wish to convey. If enough interest is expressed, I will publish more, else, it will be a private work that will no longer continue here. It has nothing but a nameless, working title right now. Read on…

Revival

Well, with school finally out and Winter vacation in full swing, it’s time to bring things back into perspective and have somewhat of an official blog relaunch. After several months of unnecessary silence from Evan, it’s time to get things back on track.

Wow, this blog is going through some rough times. It’s a one man show right now, and with school and work eating up every last minute I have, this has really been put on the back burner. Evan has discovered a social aspect of college he previously didn’t have, and his computer has more than just hard drive problems. Even though I’m sure this post will go unread, I’ll write anyway.

I know, it’s an odd post, but I had been thinking about this amazing bird off and on for years. I had seen something on television one time about a bird that could imitate sounds it hears. I didn’t know it was to this extent though.

Piracy

Yeah, piracy is bad stuff, and the more people do it, the less quality games we will be seeing because developer’s aren’t going to pour all this money into their games if it’s just going to get pirated and defeat their profits.

Bad Teachers

I’ve been in school almost all of my life and I’ve scarcely had a break. Especially in recent times where if I’m not in school, I’m working. I can’t escape from life without there being some reprecussions.

One thing I’ve come to hate is bad teachers.

The most valuable thing one owns is their education, for it can get you anywhere you want to be if you can think of a way to do it.

Apologies

3 tests this week and I haven’t beaten Mother 3 yet. This will also be my birthday week/weekend. My birthday is middle of next week, so it must be celebrated early. I’ll try to get some junk on the blog, but I don’t know how successful I’ll be since I have a paper to write in addition to all this other stuff. November will mark the last full month of school, as exams start the beginning of December.

Hope things are going well for all of those in school.

Simply Spy

So I finally sat down and recorded two games of me playing Spy. I boast my ability quite a bit and it’s about time I got to making a video. There is some junk missing from the matches that were fantastic, that’s because I stopped recording at some points because I was confident I wasn’t going to keep being awesome.
